|Recommended: YesGorgeous complex — Let me start by saying I Love, Love, Love this complex. Not sure were to begin, because I'm that happy. Wendy, Max, and Alexis are awesome. Leon in maintenance, is on-time completing any minor maintenance request I've had. Ebon and Angel, the building concierge team, are always very sweet and helpful one of my favorite things about the complex is having concierge . The building is very convenient to everything....Starbucks, grocery stores, restaurants, nail salons, malls, drug stores, car wash...... you name it. If you're like me and rather park your car and walk, this is a great location for that. Let me not forget about the amenities, there are several places to lounge, or work if your telecommuting and don't want to stay in your unit all day. Full gym with interactive classes on the tv's. My unit itself is gorgeous and if you like to cook bake the stove is gas. I have a 1 1. My bedroom is huge and my closet has built is shelves cubbies for all my clothes and shoes. I can’t say enough about Prominence

|Recommended: YesWe love living in Modera — My partner and I and our 10lb Chorkie moved in just about a month ago and have loved living at Modera. From the first time we reached out to Max to schedule our first visit to the move in everything was incredibly seamless. The apartments are great, nice quality, and we are on the top floor so have the advantage of having a very large private rooftop which is a great feature. The building team is super friendly and are always there to help. Wendy is super nice and on top of everything in the community. The construction around the property doesn't bother us as we have lived in and around construction before, during the day it can sometimes get quite busy on the property but it's a short term issue. the only reason we gave 3 stars on the Grounds Cleanliness is the outside is still a work in progress but the inside is kept immaculate. We would highly recommend Modera Prominence.

|Recommended: YesModera has gorgeous properties all around Atlanta. The units aren’t made cheaply like a lot of the new apartment complexes, and so many amenities I can’t to be a tenant.
